WinJustice Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 01 July 2025

WinJustice FZ-LLC (“WinJustice”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

1. Measures to support accessibility

  • We use semantic HTML5 markup and ARIA attributes to ensure compatibility with screen readers.

  • Our site text, colors, and navigation meet minimum contrast and sizing requirements.

  • Forms include clear labels, focus indicators, and keyboard-friendly controls.

  • Images have descriptive alt text, and multimedia content includes captions or transcripts where feasible.

  • We perform regular audits using both automated tools and manual testing with assistive technologies.

2. Ongoing efforts and standards

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA is our target conformance standard.

  • We review new content and site updates quarterly to identify and remediate accessibility issues.

  • Major platform and plugin upgrades are tested in a staging environment for accessibility regressions before deployment.

3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some third-party embeds (e.g., certain legacy PDFs or widgets) may not fully meet WCAG standards. We are actively working with vendors to improve compatibility or provide accessible alternatives.

4. Feedback and contact
Your feedback helps us improve. If you encounter accessibility barriers on our site, please let us know by contacting:
E-mail: [email protected]

We aim to acknowledge all inquiries within 5 business days and to resolve issues promptly.

5. Preparation and compatibility
