Clients or their legal representatives present their claim. At this stage, a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed to guarantee confidentiality
We thoroughly assess the case, including its strength, potential damages, settlement prospects, and legal fee arrangements.
After comprehensive due diligence, we propose a funding solution. If approved by our executive board, a Litigation Funding Agreement is executed.
WinJustice monitors the case through each stage of the legal proceedings, providing the necessary funding and support.
Upon a favorable outcome, the client repays the legal costs plus an agreed upon return. In the event of an unfavorable outcome, the client reimburses only the legal fees we covered.
