    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • WinJustice and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the ADGM Courts.

    We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
